Orders from this website can only be delivered within Australia and are made through Australia Post.
Delivery costs are calculated in accordance with Australia Post policy, by the online shipping calculator. The delivery cost is based on the weight or size in cubic metres (whichever is larger), of the items purchased, location of delivery destination, and the method of shipping selected (eg. Express post or standard post)
Delivery costs are calculated for each transaction, and will appear in the online shopping cart.
After submitting an order online, a confirmation email will be sent.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, a further email will be sent from Australia Post, with notification that the parcel been dispatched and a corresponding tracking number.
If no-one is present to collect the parcel upon delivery:
If there is no-one present to receive the parcel at the nominated destination, a card will be left indicating that the parcel has been returned to the Post Office from where it can be collected.
DELIVERY OF CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS:
Will be determined on a case by case basis, and will be determined by:
- Quantity ordered
- Weight and size
- Delivery location
- Lead time required
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- If proof of purchase is shown, items will be replaced or refunded within 28 days of receipt of delivery, if the product:
- Is faulty
- Is not fit for its intended purpose (i.e. cannot be used for its core function), or
- Does not match the description or sample.
Proof of purchase includes:
- Your receipt, or
- A credit card statement indicating that the sale has been made to Headlineview that matches the sale amount.
Items will not be replaced or refunded for change of mind.
A returns form must be completed which can be obtained through our customer service team.
